3. You can monitor the status of clicks on the link and the realization of the purchase on the control panel by clicking on the “Dashboard” button.

- Disinfection of vehicles after each ride according to WHO guidelines and regulations.
- Additional disinfection of key touchpoints will be performed regularly with the antiviral disinfectant.
- The vehicle will be ventilated before and after each ride.
Boarding and Disembarking:
- Our drivers are equipped with health protection kits (masks etc.)
- Customers must wear a face-covering or mask during boarding and for the entire journey.
- Instructions by drivers to keep distance while boarding.
- Hand sanitiser is available for all customers while boarding.
- If the reason for canceling the reservation is COVID-19 (illness, circumstances and events in the country, quarantine, etc.), we refund the paid funds in the amount of 100%.
